FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains proximal, average and distal half rings, the bars clamping half rings by means of nuts, screwed on bars from opposite end faces of half rings, spokes and holders of spokes. Each of holders of spokes is executed in the form of fixing bolt built in half rings with a groove on a head inside, and a nut screwed on this bolt. The opposite parties of proximal and average half rings are bound through holders to a corresponding spoke for interaction of these half rings with a radial bone. The device is supplied by arms with the apertures located on a longitudinal axis of arms and executed under holders of spokes. The bars bridging proximal and average rings are executed by the carving. Each of the bars clamping average and distal half rings the executed in the form of two semibars, fixed on these half rings in cantilever fashion and bound by the hinge. The hinge is formed by the carving bush, the bolt and the nut. Hinge bushes are executed with segment sections parallel to an axis and with perpendicular axes a through aperture. The hinge bolt is passed through coaxially located through apertures of bushes which are fixed on the interacting extremities of semibars, and fixed in these apertures by the nut screwed on it. Arms are fixed from opposite end faces of a distal half ring, in parallel its axis, and two of these arms are located outside of a distal half ring, fixed from its opposite sides and bound by a spoke for interaction of this spoke to the second and third metacarpal bones. Other arms fixed on a distal half ring, are turned to the average half ring and clamped to console spokes for interaction of spokes with fragments of a metaepiphysis of a radial bone. Console spokes are clamped to the distal half ring through the holders of the spokes which have been built in apertures of the mentioned arms.
EFFECT: invention provides restoration of physiological axis of radial bone and elimination of its deformation at incorrectly growing together or accretes fractures, with maintenance of early movements in radiocarpal joint.
