FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Apparatus contains two sub-systems, which are connected by threaded bars. Each subsystem consists of arches in form of 1/3 of circumference with made slots at the ends for connection with each other into sub-system by means of threaded bars or with possibility to be joined into ring. Apparatus arches are made from alloy, containing copper, magnesium and zinc.
EFFECT: invention ensures possibility to combine fixation of bone fragments both with tight or console pins and by means of rods, roentgen-negativity, strength and lightness of apparatus arches, as well as increase of fixation rigidity of fragment fixation.
