FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises proximal, mediate and distal rings, bars, screw nuts, holes arms, spokes, pin holders and a pinned limit stop. Screw nuts fasten rings and bars and are located on bars from opposite faces of rings. The opposite sides of mediate and proximal rings are connected by a relevant pin to form a spoke bone support. Arms are fixed along the axis of distal ring. Two arms are fixed outside of distal ring on its opposite sides and are connected with a pin passed through holders established in holes of these arms holders to ensure a pin and the second and third metacarpals to interact. The other arms used to fasten console pins are turned to mediate ring and fastened with distal ring rotating relative to the arm axis, and are of length 0.2-0.58 of length of the bars fastening distal and mediate rings. Console pins are fixed in holders and rotating relative to the holder axes of holders to ensure console spokes and fragmented spoke bone metaepiphysis to interact. Proximal and mediate rings are connected with at least three bars being threaded. Mediated and distal rings are connected with at least three bars.

EFFECT: corrected malunion axis of spoke bone and early motions of radiocarpal joint and hand joint.
