Abstract RU 2352311 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment and can be used for ventilation and drainage of a drum-type cavity on a route of a mastoid cave, without disturbance of integrity of tympanic membrane. The ventilating tube is inserted between the cave of a mastoid and external acoustical passage after a mastoidotomy (antrotomy). The tube contains two cannula, one of them is inserted in the other. One of the cannulas is an external cannula and contains a head site which consists of round bent a neck site in a vertical plane concerning a head site, a site of a knee which makes a right angle of 90 degrees, and the extended site of a trunk. The internal cannula contains a thin narrow channel with a handpiece. The handpiece is executed with the transition possibility to a syringe. The channel is applied for aspiration and drainage of other cavity. The external handpiece of an internal cannula proceeds from external acoustical passage and comes to an end before an auricle or behind it. Through the handpiece of an internal cannula executed under a syringe it is possible to enter serous liquid or medical products.
