FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved ear prosthetic device (1) which acts directly on the middle ear, which includes a sound guide (12) which channels sound waves; at least one microphone which picks up sound from the surrounding medium; and an amplifier which is electrically connected to the said microphone which amplifies the picked up sounds to a suitable level; at least one acoustic transducer connected to the said amplifier and said sound guide (12), said transducer converts electrical signals from said sound wave amplifier; said sound waves are transmitted over said sound guide (12); and electrical power supply apparatus for said amplifier and said microphone; said ear prosthetic device (1) is characterised by that said sound guide (12) has a main part (12'), one end (12'a) of which can be placed inside the middle ear (4) while the other end (12'b) can be placed inside the auditory passage (3); and at least one more part (12"'), which can be joined to the end of the said main part (12') and the said at least one acoustic transducer.
EFFECT: improved user adaptation to the prosthetic device, elimination of the Larssen phenomenon and reliable fixation of the sound guide in the middle ear.
