ENDOSCOPES WASHING AND/OR DISINFECTING UNIT Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61L2/18

Abstract RU 2840190 C1

FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and may be used for washing or disinfection of flexible endoscopes and other canal medical instruments. Installation includes a housing, a control unit, actuating elements including solenoid valves and a pump, a working chamber intended to be filled with a solution of a detergent and/or disinfectant liquid agent. Housing is in the form of a frame structure on which the control unit and actuating elements are placed. Control unit is connected with actuating elements by means of wire connection and has the possibility of program control of actuating elements. Installation also includes a thermostat and a reservoir for liquid agent and is configured to prepare at least one additional portion of liquid agent solution of same concentration in working chamber and readjustment for operation with alternative liquid agent. Control unit is provided with a control panel with an indicator displaying the concentration of the liquid agent in the solution and the exposure time of the endoscopes in the working chamber, and the actuating elements further include liquid level sensors. Thermostat is connected by means of pipes to hot and cold water intake points and has an outlet to which a pipe for water supply to the working chamber is connected, which is equipped with a liquid level sensor, the first and the second outlets, as well as a drain, besides, outlets are arranged on its inner side. First outflow is connected to the water supply pipe, and an electromagnetic valve is installed between the first outflow and the thermostat. Second outlet is connected to pipe feeding liquid agent into chamber. Drain is provided with solenoid valve. Working chamber bottom part is inclined to allow depth difference by 3-4 times over working chamber length. Wherein length of said part makes, at least, ¾ of working chamber bottom length. Reservoir is equipped with a liquid level sensor, and the pump is connected to the pipe for supply of liquid agent to the working chamber and the pipe for liquid agent intake from the reservoir.

EFFECT: automation of the processes of preparing a solution of a detergent and/or disinfectant liquid detergent in the working chamber, exposure of endoscopes in the working chamber and draining the spent solution; high reliability and saving liquid detergent and/or disinfectant; possibility of effective arrangement of endoscopes in working chamber with economy of working space.
