FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for pre-sterilization purification of medical devices, including those containing inner through channels and cavities. Pre-sterilization purification ultrasonic device comprises housing with working bath (1) and cover. Radiators (2) of ultrasonic generator, heating elements (3) and mesh basket (4) are installed at the bottom of working bath. Ultrasonic machine also comprises: header (5) with nozzles (6) connected to working bath; circulation pump (7) configured to pump both fluid and air, which is connected by its inlet to the drain / filling hole (8) of the working bath, and by the outlet to collector (5) and to the water disposal port (9) through drain valve (10); inlets (11, 12) for connection to cold and hot water supply systems, which through shutoff solenoid valves (13, 14) are connected to drain / filling hole of working bath; additional pump (15), which by its input is connected to the prepared water inlet port (16), and by the outlet – to the working bath drain or filling opening; peristaltic pump (17), inlet connected to port (18) for input of detergent-disinfectant (DD), and outlet – with working bath through nozzle (19) for DD supply; DD flux sensor (20) located between the peristaltic pump and the DD feed nozzle; temperature sensor in working bath and temperature sensor of air entering working bath. In the cover there is a drying system, which includes a fan, an air heater of the calorifier type, an opening for introducing air into the working bath and a hole for outlet of moist air from it, limited by air ducts.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the duration and quality of pre-sterilization purification of medical devices.
