FIELD: treatment plants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning neutral and corrosive liquids from mechanical impurities and can be used for microfiltration in all industrial sectors, where fine high quality cleaning of liquid mediums from disperse particles is required. The cartridge filter contains a case, divided throughout the height with a grating which has filtering elements fixed on it in the chamber for the initial liquid, which has a tangentially placed inlet nozzle and supplied with a guiding element, and a chamber of cleaned liquid. Filtering elements are placed in the chamber of the initial liquid. A baffle-cowling made in the form of a fin fixed on both sides to the inner surface of the inlet nozzle along two symmetric lines of its generatrix is used as the guiding element, part of the fin protruding into the inner cavity of the filter case, angles towards the side of the tangential generatrix of the flow.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the exploitation of the resources of the filter and increase the effectiveness of its work.
