FIELD: treatment plants.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to devices for cleaning neutral and corrosive liquids from mechanical impurities, particularly to cartridge filters, and can be used for microfiltration in all industrial sectors, where fine high quality cleaning of liquid mediums from disperse particles is required. The filter contains a case, divided throughout the height with a grating which has filtering elements fixed on it in the chamber for the initial liquid, which has a tangentially placed inlet nozzle and supplied with a guiding element, made in the form of a reverse frustum of cone, and a chamber of cleaned liquid. The filter is provided with a porous permeable membrane, separating throughout the height the chamber of the initial liquid from the chamber of preliminarily cleaned liquid, in which is placed the filtering element, and the reverse frustum of cone is connected with the porous membrane.

EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of the working of the filter due to the rotational motion of the liquid flow and increasing the working surface of the filter elements.
