FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning of neutral and aggressive liquids from mechanical admixtures by means of filtering, in particular to cartridge filters, and may be used for microfiltering in all industries. Cartridge filter comprises body, separate by tube plate into upper and lower chambers, filtering cartridges, protective cases fixed in tube plate and installed vertically. Protective cases are arranged in upper chamber and are made of leaktight material with open upper and lower ends. Filtering cartridges are fixed by their open ends to upper ends of filtering cases with the help of leaktight washers, and with their closed ends are fixed to lower part of lower chamber. According to the second version, filtering cartridge comprises coaxially arranged hollow cylinder connected by stiffening ribs with inner surface of filtering cartridge. Cylinder is equipped with split tip, which connects its inner surface with outer surface of body, point of location of which matches upper end of filtering cartridge fixed to upper end of case, with the help of leaktight washers.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of filter operation due to increased working surface of filtering elements with preservation of hydrodynamical effect.
