FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes cable rope twisting from wire and its winding on holder, which are performed during single operation with simultaneous twisting and stretching of wire, cutting of wound spring of specified length, welding of spring ends, spring thermal treatment, hardening, measurement of its geometric and power parameters and application of protective coat. Prior to cable twisting high-temperature thermomechanical treatment of wire is carried out, and when cable is twisted from wire and wound onto holder, wire is heated up to temperature that does not exceed temperature of its tempering.
EFFECT: cyclic and dynamic strength of springs are increased.
