FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is enabled by rubber crumb thermolysis within fluid in vertical-flow fluidising solvent agent of mixed hydrocarbons containing alkylaromatics. The solvent circulates through rubber crumb and carbon black. Thermolysis products are isolated by carbon black separation. Thermolysis temperature is 320-420°C, and pressure is 3.8-4.2 MPa in mass ratio of solvent to rubber crumb not exceeding 1.0. The solvent combines fluidising and heat-transfer properties while delivering all the thermolysis products away from the reactor with mainstream. Carbon black produced is composed the similar way as smoke black used in rubber industry is. Additionally there are produced long hydrocarbon distillate, metal cord to be remelted, and textile crumb being chemical stock.
EFFECT: manufacturing process does not require additional reagents, is characterised with high ecological stability and improved operational performance.
