FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of raw material with sal ammoniac, heating at the temperature higher than 300°C with receiving of mass, containing chlorides of copper and nickel. Received mass is leached in water with transferring of chlorides of copper and nickel into solution. At that sal ammoniac is mixed with raw material with proportions 100-120% molar from stoichiometric amount, heating is implemented at temperature 320-350°C with isolation at this temperature for separating volatile iron chloride. After leaching from solution it is deposited copper hydroxide by lack of ammonia water with proportions 70-90% molar from stoichiometric amount, it is separated and dried with receiving of black copper oxide. From remained solution by means of boiling it is separated nickel oxide.
EFFECT: division of black copper oxide and nickel oxide.
