FIELD: construction, pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to trenchless pipeline reparing. Method of continuous preparation of a piece of hardening at place inner lining with made integral with it impassable internal layer and, at least, one layer of material impregnable with polymerisation resin presupposes getting a corresponding piece of material impregnable with polymerisation resin and having impassible layer connected with one of its surfaces. The piece of material impregnable with polymerisation resin is supplied in the first direction and transformed into tubular shape so that impassible layer is from its external surface. Longitudinal edges of the piece of material are connected together forming tubular element. Connected together longitudinal edges of the tubular element are sealed. Tubular element is turned inside out into itself in the second, opposite direction so that external layer is presented by the layer of material impregnable with polymerisation resin. Tubular element with above said integral layer arranged on its inner side is continuously removed. Invention pertains as well to the solid piece of hardening at place inner lining having made integral with it internal layer and, at least, one layer of material impregnable with polymerisation resin formed by getting a corresponding piece of material impregnable with polymirisation resin and having an impassible layer connected with one of its surfaces, whereat the above said piece of material was given a shape of a tubular sleeve, impassible layer whereof is on its outside; longitudinal edges of the said material are connected with each other and sealed forming tubular element, which is turned inside out so that external layer is presented by the layer of material impassible with polymerisation resin.

EFFECT: performing pipelines trenchless repairing.
