SUBSTANCE: gland is controlled with many pins which are moved mainly perpendicular to the inverted insert so that it can be engaged with movable insert when it passes through the gland. After the gland of the pre-specified shape is adjusted, pressure on movable insert does not increase. When the insert reaches the rear end, it enters the template and tube for making an opening, which is equipped with outlet tube gland and outlet tube, and pierced with rigid tools for opening making. Then, steam is supplied to the insert to cure resin and discharged through outlet hose connected to the opening making tool. After curing the steam is replaced with insert cooling air and ends are cut in order to restore the service by means of the existing pipeline.
EFFECT: device has low-friction seal located between movable insert and fixed inverting gland.
