FILTER Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B01D29/11 F02M37/22

Abstract RU 2638386 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: filter comprises a vertical cylindrical housing with inlet, outlet and drain branch pipes, comprising a cylindrical filter element mounted in the body coaxial to its vertical axis with a gap to the body wall, and supported by a transverse partition perforated within the gap area. The body is detachable in height; therefore, it is assembled rigidly and detachably from three shells, the ends of the upper and the middle ones are equipped with flanges. The upper end of the lower shell is provided with a flange, and the lower end is in the form of a disc, a transverse partition comprising a cylindrical central recess upwardly facing along the diameter of the filter element, perforated on the gap area between it and the body wall, to which the transverse partition is rigidly and tightly fastened. From the bottom the transverse partition is rigidly and tightly fixed to slime accumulator. The flange of the lower end of the middle shell is similar to the mating flange of the lower shell and configured as a disc, in which center there is a cylindrical through hole. The flange comprises two rows of holes arranged over the circumferences. The flange of the middle shell upper end is similar in size to the mating flange of the upper shell and configured as a disc, in which center there is a cylindrical through hole. The lower end of the upper part inserted at the top into a cylindrical bushing to the stop of its annular projection, and the upper end of lower part is inserted from at the bottom into the cylindrical bushing to the stop of its annular projection. The lower flange of the upper shell comprises a number of fastening holes arranged over a circumference, which lies outside the housing, in addition, on the lower flange of the upper shell there are threaded holes arranged along the circumference lying on the gap area between the filter element and the body wall. The upper end of the filtering element is fixed at the top by a cylindrical cover plate provided with a central through hole and fixing through holes located over the circumference, through which the fixing bolts are passed, which ends are fixed in the corresponding holes of the upper shell lower flange.

EFFECT: simplified and accelerated procedure for restoration of serviceability, increased adaptation capacity of the filter during installation in premises with small capacity.
