FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The canned is cooked by cutting, blanching and mincing cucumbers and tomatoes, freezing and mincing lettuce, blanching and mincing beat and horseradish, mincing rabbit meat, mixing the specified ingredients with bone broth, sugar, salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of black pepper and bay leaves. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced preserve digestibility.
