FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: cucumbers and tomatoes are cut, blanched and minced, lettuce is frozen and minced. Beetroots and horseradishes are blanched and minced, tongue is minced. Above mentioned components are mixed with bone broth, sugar, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of black bitter pepper and the laurel leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
