SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pasteurising plant to pasteurise foodstuffs in vessels. The proposed plant incorporates a tunnel housing formed an arbitrary number of flexible replaceable sections. The latter are arranged either across or along the transfer direction and can be fitted in rows on zone reservoirs and/or hot water reservoirs mounted either in parallel or along aforesaid transfer direction. Vessels containing foodstuffs in a flow of irrigating fluid are transferred through the heating, pasteurising and cooling sections.
EFFECT: reduced costs of manufacture, mounting and starting up.
