SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of agriculture. Proposed milk pasteurising-refrigerating plant comprises a thermally insulated rectangular reservoir with a slot evaporator, a motor-reducer with a mixer on the upper cover, a compressor-condenser plant with the first magnetic starter, sensors of suction pressure and temperature, a slot jacket arranged at four walls of reservoir, a heat insulated water-heating tank with water heating coils with a circulating electric pump and the second magnetic starter, check valves, nozzles. The slot evaporator is inbuilt into the reservoir bottom. The compressor-condenser plant is connected to the first magnetic starter and a solenoid valve, and is connected with suction and injection pipelines to the inlet and the outlet of the slot evaporator. The suction pressure sensor is connected to the first magnetic starter. The temperature sensor is installed in the reservoir and is connected to the solenoid valve and the first magnetic starter, and also to the second magnetic starter and electromagnetic valves of head and drain. Check valves are installed on the inlet and outlet nozzles of the slot jacket nozzles. Electromagnet head and drain valves are installed at the outlet and inlet cooling nozzles. The supply nozzle of the water-heating tank via the circulating electric pump and the check valve is connected to the inlet heating nozzle of the slot water jacket, and the outlet nozzle of the slot water jacket via the check valve is connected to the return nozzle of the water-heating tank. The inlet and outlet cooling nozzles of the slot water jacket via electromagnetic valves are connected accordingly to a water conduit and sewage.

EFFECT: invention reduces water and energy consumption, increases efficiency factor, reduces prime cost.
