FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of nonalcoholic beverages and is used particularly for pasteurisation of perishable products in tanks. The poured beverage temperature is raised before filling the tanks owing to heat exchange with warmer process liquid from the pasteurisation machine. The tanks filled with the product having a high temperature is supplied into the pasteurisation machine. The process liquid cooled after heat exchange is supplied into one of the zones of the pasteurisation machine cooling part.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction in the amount of heat required for pasteurisation owing to decreasing the exit temperature of the tanks or reduction in time of processing and decreasing the size of the tunnel pasteuriser when obtaining standard temperature at the output.
