FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: milk pasteurisation-refrigeration unit (MPRU) relates to agriculture. MPRU contains a thermally insulated rectangular tank with a slot evaporator 2 in four sidewalls, geared motor 3 with stirrer 4 on the upper cover 5, compressor-condenser unit 6 with the first magnetic actuator 16 and the solenoid valve 11 connected by pipelines of pumping 13 and suction 14 with inlet and outlet of the slot evaporator 2, and the suction pressure sensor 15 connected to the first magnetic actuator 16, a temperature sensor 17 of the tank connected to a solenoid valve 11 and the first magnetic actuator 16. At the bottom of MPRU the slit water jacket (SWJ) 18 is placed with non-return valves on the inlet 25 and outlet 26 nozzles of heating, as well as solenoid valves of pressure 19 and discharge 20 on the inlet 21 and outlet 22 nozzles of cooling. Water heating tank (WHT) 27 with the water heating elements 28 and second magnetic actuator 35 through the circulating electric pump 32 and check valve is connected to the inlet pipe 25 of heating of SWJ 18, except that the inlet 21 and outlet 22 tubes of cooling SWJ 18 through solenoid valves of pressure 19 and discharge 20 are respectively connected to the water supply line 23 and canalisation 24. The outlet tube 26 of heating of SWJ 18 through the check valve 34 is connected to the return pipe 31 of WHT 27. Output of temperature sensor is connected also with the second magnetic actuator 35 and the solenoid valves 19 of pressure and discharge 20.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of processing the minimum amount of milk to 200 litres, simplified design, increased efficiency in the circumstances of limited water and energy consumption.
