FIELD: medicine; endoscopy; endoscopic surgery. SUBSTANCE: laser radiation is applied to selected sections of internal organ surface by means of endoscope with two instrument channels. One endoscope instrument houses channel of formation and transmission of photoeffect picture. The endoscope includes two instrument channels, aspiration tract, water and air delivery channel, picture transmission channel, all illumination channel. Channel of formation and transmission of photoeffect picture consists of microlens, fiber-optical probe, combining device, mask-diaphragm, and collimating lens. Photoeffect picture is delivered to focon of fiber-optical probe which has regular structure, is made by etching and secured in combining device. The latter makes it possible to shift mask-diaphragm in plane parallel to focon plane end and to rotate it relative to longitudinal axis of focon which transmits picture to surface and preserves photoeffect picture configuration. Microlens projects picture from distal end of probe to surface being irradiated. Endoscope is designed to raise treatment efficiency due to reduction of sound tissue traumaticity during phototherapeutic procedures at average power mW/cm2 of optical radiation up to 400 mW/sq.cm within wavelength range 500-700 nm. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. 2 cl, 3 dwg
