SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vertebrology. The examination is performed, if observing cuneiform deformation of an injured vertebral body, bone fragments in a vertebral canal and luminal narrowing, ENMG aided vertebral traction is carried out. Decreased activity of motor neurons requires termination of the extension procedure to proceed with a surgery. And in case of increased activity of motor neurons, the extension procedure is continued at effort evaluated by the constant activity of motor neurons, and CT control is carried out. A continuous presentation ensures to perform a surgery with inspecting vertebral canal and its contents. If the vertebral canal lumen is cleaned for less than by a half, the vertebral canal is decompressed with intralaminar approach impaction of bone fragments. For significant reduction of cuneiform deformation and cleaning of the vertebral canal lumen for a half and more, puncture vertebral plastic surgery is performed. If preserving cuneiform deformation of the injured vertebral body and cleaning the vertebral canal lumen for a half and more, puncture kyphoplasty is prescribed.

EFFECT: method extends the range for products for choosing modality in the patients with traumatic rachiopathy.
