FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for reconstruction of spine. First, anterior part of injured vertebra body is filled with bone-substituting material and exposure to ultrasonic fluctuations is carried out, placing nozzle of ultrasonic irradiator on the border between anterior and middle third of injured vertebra body. After filling anterior part of injured vertebra body its posterior part is filled. Nozzle of ultrasonic irradiator is moved, intensity of ultrasonic fluctuations being constant, and installed on the border between middle and posterior thirds of injured vertebra body, reducing intensity of ultrasonic fluctuations at this stage.
EFFECT: reduction of risk of bone-substituting material going beyond vertebra body with its maximally dense and complete filling.
