SUBSTANCE: band consists of a nonstretch back and a gastric narrowing adjustment chamber located from stomach from the back and actuated by liquid supplied to the chamber and removed from the chamber. The second chamber is directly connected or interacting with the first chamber so automatic adjustment of gastric narrowing is ensured by liquid shift between chambers or between a tank and a gastric narrowing chamber. The second version differs in that the second chamber comprises a gastric pressure build-up sensor and that gastric narrowing is adjusted through liquid shift between the camber or tank and the gastric narrowing chamber and back depending on the observed pressure.
EFFECT: ensured automatic adjustment of gastric narrowing depending on ingestion.
