FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: pumped gastric band comprises an elongated tube case (2) made of flexible material and elastically deformable at least partially. It limits a hermetic pumped chamber (3) and has a back surface (4) and a working surface (5), coupling connectors (10, 11) attached to two ends (12, 16) of the tube case (2) and locking the gastric band being ringed. The working surface (5) is inside of the ring, a pumping catheter tightly connected to the pumped chamber and coupled with the pumpers. Once the band is not pumped, the wall of the chamber (3) forming the working surface (5) is of length (l5) greater or equal to that (l4) of walls of the chamber (3) forming the back surface (4) such, that in locking the band and after pumped, the wall of the chamber forming the working surface (5) is folded (30).
