TREATMENT METHOD FOR PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM COMPLICATED TRAUMA OF LIMBS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61N5/02

Abstract RU 2353410 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and covers treatment of the patients suffering from complicated trauma of limbs. In postoperative period an injured site of limb is exposed to electromagnetic field generated by the first exposure cell. At the same time the patient trunk is exposed to electromagnetic field generated by the second exposure cell, while the injured limb is exposed to acoustic vibrations of low-frequency range by the third exposure cell. The first exposure cell represents two series inductance coils matched and connected to an oscillatory circuit of the first self-excited oscillator. The electric field intensity of each coil surface is 1-3 V/m. The second exposure cell represents two series inductance coils matched and connected to the second self-excited oscillator circuit, and in-built in one plane. The self-excited oscillators generate sine-wave oscillation of carrier frequency within 200-500 kHz amplitude-modulated with a low-frequency signal of constantly changing frequency within 50-10000 Hz. The third exposure cell comprises acoustic radiators. Acoustic vibrations of audio frequency are generated with a low-frequency signal with constantly changing frequency and amplitude within frequency range 50-10000 Hz. Acoustic radiation density of acoustic radiator surface is 0.1-0.5 Wt/cm2.

EFFECT: offered method allows accelerating regeneration of injured limbs, reducing inflammation symptoms, lowering sensitivity of peripheral receptors, increasing capillary blood flow and vessel blood filling, normalising vascular and epithelial permeability.
