FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mineral concentrating and can be implemented for continuous flotation of sulphides in ores and ore concentrates containing iron. The method of continuous flotation of sulphides in ores and ore concentrates containing iron consists in bringing pH of water pulp of ore or ore concentrates to the level of 6.5-8.5, in adding a reducer to modify a film from iron hydroxide on the surface of sulphides in ores and ore concentrates containing iron and facilitating adsorption of collector on ore containing sulphides, in adding collector to pulp before, during or after reducer addition, in aerating pulp to increase potential of pulp to the level sufficient for collector adsorption on ore containing sulphides, and in bubbling gas through pulp thus subjecting water pulp to foam floatation creating foam, which includes the said sulphide containing minerals. Then complex former is added to pulp during the stage of reducer addition for interacting with reduced iron produced at this stage and for minimising amount of iron hydroxide repeatedly forming film on iron containing sulphides. The method is implemented in the first and the second reservoirs of the installation for continuous conditioning connected between them with a transferring pipe; also bringing pH of water pulp is performed, when a piston makes pulp flow via the first reservoir, while reducer, collector and complex former addiing is performed in the second reservoir.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of valuable metals extraction.
