FIELD: foundry practice.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry practice. Method includes receiving of melt in fusion penetration disk-shaped blank, fixing of the blank melting moment by sensor, movement of melt into punch, influence upon melt while movement into punch and at crystallisation by excessive pressure. Disk-shaped blank is installed by lower butt on puncheon, and top part of disk-shaped blank is located lower the inductor. After heating of top part of disk-shaped blank till the defined temperature, controlled by sensor, it is moved into inside the inductor with rate, providing synchronous with traverse speed formation of planar melt front, till the moment of disk-shaped melting. Molten side surface of disk-shaped blank is kept against spreading ensured by surface tension force of inductor electromagnetic control.
EFFECT: it is achieved improvement of manufactured products and reduction of power inputs per production cycle.
