FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Blank is placed on male die 4 in fusing chamber 1. Inductor 2 melts said blank for fused metal retention by magnetic inductor at the blank non-fused part. Blank side surface is closed by bush 5 to prevent the melt spread at transfer to die 6. Die cavity is filled with said melt by pulse pressure created by collision of male die 4 displaced with blank 3 by bush 5 upward and die 6 displaced downward. Then, static pressure is applied to said melt to make it move into die 6 for metal structure formation. Besides, induction heating of metal can be complemented by arc, electron beam or plasma heating. Aforesaid bush is provided with drive composed by spring or pneumatic drive. Fusion chamber housing doubles as that for pistons 8, 9 to displace aforesaid female and make dies.
EFFECT: thin-wall and complex castings with high-density and fine structure.
