SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry field. Method includes receiving of melt by means of heating and melting of disk-shaped blank by inductor, fixation of blank penetration moment by sensor, effect on melt and its transferring into the form and at crystallisation by excessive pressure. Disk-shaped blank is installed by bottom butt on form and top part of disk-shaped blank is located lower the inductor. Displacement inside the blank inductor coil is implemented at a rate providing synchronous with rate of travel formation of planar melt front, till the penetration moment of disk-shaped blank. Molten side surface of disk-shaped blank is kept in suspension state ensured by inductor electromagnetic control.
EFFECT: it is achieved improvement of manufactured products and reduction of power inputs per manufacturing cycle.
