FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method includes location of parts in accessory and their ramming in direction of mounting plane by means of elastic deformation of clamping blades. At that clamping of parts is carried out in process of collet working displacement with simultaneous self-alignment in holes. Front parts of collets are arranged with support collar and alternating diametre. At that diametre of collet in end is arranged below diametre of part holes, and diametre along side surface - with growth to value that is more than diametre of part holes, with further reduction down to diametre of part holes or its preservation as before. Relief of collet blades is arranged with neck with diametre of at least same as diametre of part holes and height equal to sum of assembled parts thicknesses. Collets are displaced through part holes with provision of their blades compression by means of action at their front parts to condition, in which collet blades are located with the possibility of pressing edges of part holes for their retention and elimination of their shift relative to each other. Version of method provides for installation of parts prior to welding and includes location of parts in accessory and parts ramming in direction of mounting plane by means of clamp blades elastic deformation. At that parts clamping and self-alignment in holes is carried out simultaneously in process of collet working displacement. At that protective plate is used, which is installed in collet between its axis and welding spot.

EFFECT: simplification of fixation and increased reliability of parts installation, improved performance resources, increased labour intensiveness and work safety.
