FIELD: lifting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting equipment. Elevator (1) arranged to move in shaft (2) has cabin (3) consisting mainly of floor (4), sidewalls (5a, 5b), and roof (7). The latter incorporates built-in instrument unit (7a) that houses the components of cabin electric hardware (8). Instrument unit (7a) occupies a part of roof and is arranged along the side limit of the roof. Note that side limit passes at right angle to the limit that belongs to main cabin entry (6a). Aforesaid unit is arranged on the right or left side, if seen from aforesaid entry (6a) and occupies less than 1/3 of the cabin roof area.
EFFECT: possibility to move in shaft.
