FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, particularly it relates to methods of heat recovery of effluent gases of blast furnace air heaters. Method includes bringing of cool air and composite fuel consisting of several burning components to heat exchanger of gas fuel and air heating, installed on pipelines of hot effluent gases of air heaters, bringing of hot effluent gases to heat exchangers, regulation of heating temperature of composite fuel by changing of effluent gas consumption through the heat exchanger of composite fuel heating, disposal of part of effluent gases, passing heat exchanger, into smokestack, regulation of effluent gases temperature in stack by means of mixing of part of hot effluent gases, feeding into stack, passing heat exchangers with cooled effluent gases after heat exchangers.
EFFECT: decreasing of consumed electricity, increasing of coefficient of efficiency of blast furnace air heaters.
