FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, particularly it relates to the device for heat recovery of effluent gases of the blast-furnace air heaters. The device contains exhaust ducts supplying hot effluent gases to the heat exchangers of the gaseous fuel and air heating, the waste heat exchangers acts for this purpose, they contain the heat exchangers connected in the individual sections. Each exhaust duct supplying the hot effluent gases to the heat exchangers is connected with input to the heat exchanging elements of the section installed at side of supply of the hot effluent gases, and is equipped with exhaust duct bypassing the section, installed at side of supply of the hot effluent gases, and intermediate sections of heat exchangers, and is connected with input to the heat exchanging elements of the section installed at the side of cold air supply. Outputs of the heat exchanging elements of the section installed at the side of the cold air supply, and intermediate sections of each heat exchanger are connected by the secondary exhaust ducts with the intermediate smoke exhaust duct connected with pre-fabricated exhaust duct for cooled effluent gases return to the chimney. In the outgoing intermediate exhaust ducts from the section at the side of the cold air supply the temperature transmitters are installed, they are wired with the processor, connected with the actuators.
EFFECT: invention use ensures increased temperature of the effluent gases at the heat exchangers output, and service life of the heat exchangers.
