FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to production of foundry refractory nickel-based alloys for making blades and other parts of hot-path of gas turbine engines and plants. Proposed method comprises fusion of charge materials in vacuum and addition of active alloying and refining additives into molten metal. Barium in amount of 0.001–0.10 % of melt weight and at least one rare-earth metal in amount of 0.01–0.50 % of melt weight are successively added as refining additives into melt. Then after addition of active alloying metals melt is refined in vacuum 10-1–5⋅10-3 mm Hg. at temperature 1,600-1,700 °C during 5 to 40 minutes, during which melt is mixed, and melting pot is tilted from one to three times with return to initial position after each inclination.
EFFECT: increased heat resistance of nickel-based alloys due to reduced content of sulfur, oxygen and nitrogen to 0,001–0,002 % of each.
