FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous deposition on movable substratum, for instance, steel metal strip. Plating corresponds ultrafine film of thickness from 10 till 100 nm. Method includes sedimentation of ultrafine film of nanoparticle oxide from the solution, containing oxide nanoparticle, in conditions of regulated pH at temperature of substratum higher than 120°C and total duration less than 5 sec, preferably less than 1 sec, at that into solution it is introduced at least one chemical addition, allowing effect of thickness limitation of coated layer of oxide nanoparticles. Facility for plating contains facility for receiving of the second coating layer at the first coating layer, received by means of hot immersion or by means of spraying by jets by means of application of specified method. Facility is located after elements, providing operation of formation and hardening of the first coating layer, where mentioned the second coating layer is coated at the temperature, at least, for 100°C lower the temperature of hardening of the first coating layer.
EFFECT: providing of coating ability of ultrafine layer oxide nanoparticles at more wide range of temperature of strip on the inlet into bath and to reproduce thickness of coating at different weight of layer.
