FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a steel sheet with a corrosion-resistant decorative coating. The steel sheet is passed immersed through a bath with a melt consisting of wt.%: metallic aluminium 1.0 to 1.4, metallic magnesium 1.0 to 1.4, impurities no more than 0.5, metallic zinc the rest, forming a metal coating further treated with an aqueous suspension of alkaline salt containing 15 to 40 g/l alkaline salt and 1 to 7 g/l surface-active agent. A titanium-containing conversion layer is applied, containing 2 to 10 mg/m2 hexafluorotitane dihydrogen and 2 to 10 mg/m2 hexafluorozirconic acid, and a thermosetting primer composition and a thermosetting polymer composition are applied consecutively to the surface of the conversion layer. The difference between the temperatures of the thermosetting primer composition and the thermosetting polymer composition at the setting temperature is 0 to 5°C. The difference between the setting times of the thermosetting primer composition and the thermosetting polymer composition after application thereof on the surface of the conversion layer is 0 to 10 seconds. Corrosion resistance is provided by forming consecutive anti-corrosive layers with maximum adhesion to each other on the surface of the steel sheet without violating the initial mechanical properties of the steel sheet.
EFFECT: creation of a corrosion-resistant coated steel sheet.
