FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hydrotechnical construction and is intended for creation and repair of antifiltration protection of hydrotechnical structures, in particular, meliorative channels, artificial lakes of different purpose and water supply systems. Method for connection of film antifiltration screens includes preparation of adhesive bitumen-polymer mastic, laying of film screen cloths, cleaning of film edges from dust and dirt, application of bitumen-polymer mastic at edge of lower film cloth, packing of connected edges of film screen cloths. Adhesive mastic for connection of film antifiltration screens includes bitumen, high pressure polyethylene, tetraethoxysilane (ethyl silicate-40) and additionally contains polishing dust - waste of asbestos technical products making.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method for connection of film antifiltration screens by means of strength increase and water permeability of adhered seam.
