FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, in particular, to technology for erection of pile foundations for plastic lower layers, and may be used in cluster drilling for development and operation of oil and gas deposits at highly silted area under severe climate conditions. Method for construction of group pile foundation for plastic lower layers and operation of oil and gas deposits wells in severe climate conditions includes preparation of pile cluster with installation of piles in it on rows with caps, fencing of pile cluster. To prepare pile cluster, surface earth is pressed and frozen at minus temperatures to arrange the layer that provides for safe motion of equipment with weight of more than 15 tons. Platform is organized, in which layout of axes is carried out to prepare seats for every pile and well. Base equipment is located, which consists of mobile and support technical facilities for installation of piles. Detachable cap is installed on one end of pile, in which snake line is fixed, other end of snake line is passed through bypass unit of support technical facility and fixed on mobile technical facility, opposite end of pile is installed in submersion seat, and by means of movement of mobile technical facility connected to support technical facility by means of snake line, pile is pushed in soil, afterwards base equipment is installed at the next planned seat and every further pile is located to provide for design pitch between piles and formation of longitudinal and transverse rows of wells relative to platform edge with creation of central piles row between them. Installation and submersion of piles is started from central row of platform edge. Upper parts of piles protruding above earth surface are rigidly fixed with fastening facilities. Then external side of pile cluster foundation is fenced with sheet metal along perimeter, in central part of which metal tray is made along the whole length of platform, piles used are pipes.
EFFECT: reduction of duration, cost and labour intensiveness of works performance, increased reliability and simplicity in well maintenance in process of operation, preservation of environment.
