FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and reconstruction of railways for high-speed rail transport, and can be used in the construction of railways in areas of wetlands, weak clay and other insufficiently strong soils. Device for non-sedimentary embankments of high-speed network contains a pile-grillage foundation, including bored piles installed in a staggered pattern at the base of the subgrade, forming pile fields whose width is equal to the width of the subgrade base. Distance between the bored piles is 3÷5 times the diameter of the pile, which is made of concrete mix with a cement content of not more than 200 kg/m3, fly ash within 70÷90 kg/m3 and a filler with a specific weight of not less than 1,500 kg/m3. In the upper part of the pile field there is a protective layer that performs the function of a flexible grillage. Protective layer consists of crushed stone with a selected granulometric composition, in which the maximum particle size does not exceed 30 mm, a biaxial geogrid is laid in two layers in the protective layer, the strength of which is at least 80 kN/m2.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability and durability of the high-speed network in areas of wetlands, clay soils and other areas with insufficiently strong soils with minimal expenditures for the implementation of the device.
