FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building, in particular, to seals in gaps of turbomachine flow paths that operate under conditions of high temperatures and high-frequency vibrations for a long time. Technical result is achieved in bedded-in coating of turbomachine element comprising layer of honeycomb structure, which is rigidly connected to turbomachine element, and cells of which are filled with filler, and additional bedded-in layer of material, which is adhesively connected to honeycomb structure layer filled with filler. Technical result is achieved in method for manufacture of bedded-in coating of turbomachine element, which consists in the fact that rigid connection of honeycomb structure is provided with turbomachine element, afterwards cells of honeycomb structure are filled with filler, on produced layer of honeycomb structure additional bedded-in layer of material is formed, and coating thermal treatment is carried out.

EFFECT: improvement of coating performance characteristics namely increased reliability of bedded-in coating in the whole temperature range of its operation, provision of coating heat-insulation properties, provision of its maintainability, reduced expenditures for its manufacture; creation of method that provides for manufacture of bedded-in coating with improved performance characteristics.
