FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: run-in packing of turbo-machine is made of adhesion-interconnected particles of powder filler of composition: Cr - from 10.0 to 16.0 %, Mo - from 0.8 to 3.7 %, Fe - the rest with dimension of particles of powder from 15 mcm to 180 mcm. Material of packing also contains additives: boron nitride at amount from 4 % to 11 %, Ca within ranges from 0.01 to 0.2 % CaF2, at amount from 4 to 11 %, BN+BaSO4 at amount from 4 to 14 %. Packing is fabricated by sintering in vacuum or protective medium or by gas-thermal sputtering. Material of packing can also contain Ca within ranges from 0.01 to 0.2 % or contains CaF2 at amount from 4 to 11 %.
EFFECT: packing gaps in air-gas channels of turbo-machines operating under conditions of high temperature and high frequency vibrations for long time.
