FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to turbo machine flow section seals operated at higher temperatures and high-frequency oscillations. Proposed method comprises two stages: first, preset shape and size are sintered to fuse core surfaces unless coat is formed on every core. Cores are directed in mould perpendicular to core base and, then, sealing element is produced by sealing the cores to production of solid shells of cores in their jointing. Run-in material powder represents mechanical mix with powder particle size of 15 mcm to 180 mcm of the following composition of alloy: Cr - 10.0 to 18.0%, Mo - 0.8 to 3.7%, Fe or Ti or Cu or combination thereof making the rest, or alloy containing: Cr - 18% to 34%; Al - 3% to 16%; Y - 0.2% to 0.7%; Ni making the rest, or alloy containing: Cr - 18% to 34%; Al - 3% to 16%; Y - 2% to 0.7%; Ni making the rest.
EFFECT: higher run-in properties, mechanical strength and wear resistance.
