FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the arrangement of borehole sucker-rod pump units (BSRPU) with borehole pumps of a tubular structure during oil production under conditions which are complicated by high content of mechanical impurities in the extracted product. Sucker-rod pump includes a rod with a coupling connected to a hollow plunger with a delivery valve, a cylinder with a suction valve. Cylinder consists of upper and lower parts connected by coupling. Coupling is made with internal, stepped projections, providing placement of polyurethane rings and cylindrical spring. Top cylindrical spring and polyurethane cup are arranged in-series above the plunger rod coupling. Lengths of the upper and lower parts of the cylinder, as well as the length of the plunger are selected so that the plunger in the upper and lower position always contacts the polyurethane rings.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the sucker-rod pump design and increased efficiency of mechanical impurities retention to prevent their falling into the gap between the plunger and the cylinder.
