At the same time projection length of at least one terminal (12.3, 12.4) visible in observation direction being parallel to terminal thickness direction, is less than projection length of at least one adjacent terminal (12.1, 12.2, 12.5) of the same line visible in observation direction being parallel to its thickness direction.
