SUBSTANCE: in suggested method measurement start time will be obtained included into "Measurement start time" field of frame of measurement request and start time interpretation for certain element measurement defined by "Status" field value, comprising each "Measurement request element" field of measurement request frame. Additionally measurement start time of measurement request frame is determined using value of time synchronisation function (TSF) timer or by its part to eliminate indeterminacy in interpretation of reported start time.
EFFECT: compensation of indeterminacy in requested measurements start time.
