FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching potatoes and turnip, freezing of fresh green peas, browning of wheat flour. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, culinary salt and hot black pepper and laurel leaf under oxygen-free conditions to obtain side dish. Beef is sliced, stuffed with garlic and salted pork fat and fried in the melted fat. Beef, garnish and bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
