SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing canned concentrates of first-course dishes. The canned food is cooked by milk-soaking and chopping wheat bread, cutting and sauteing in the melted butter onions, chopping chicken fillet, mixing the listed ingredients with chicken eggs, sour cream, salt, starch and nutmeg, moulding, rolling, heat treating and cutting to obtain the paste, cutting and blanching cauliflower and parsley roots, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing greens, freezing fresh green peas, mixing the vegetables and salt under oxygen free conditions, packing the paste, obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar cooked foods.
